Staff Survey
VMD holds regular surveys to seek staff's views about working in the Agency.
Staff Survey 2011:
The 2011 People Survey is the third annual Civil Service-wide survey of our staff's attitudes and experiences of work. The survey was carried out in 97 organisations and almost 300,000 took part between 19 September and 21 October 2011 making it the largest staff attitude survey in the UK.
Staff survey 2010:
In October 2010 VMD took part in the second Civil Service People Survey, which was managed centrally and held across 103 Civil Service organisations. This provides VMD with a benchmark to compare performance against the Civil Service as a whole, its own core Department Defra, as well as to monitor year-on-year improvements within the Agency.
